What is on the record
This file is a working record — a report, not a verdict. Official paper, if any, is linked where we have it.
On the evening of December 2, 1974, 68-year-old dairy farmer William Bosak was driving home from a farmers' co-op meeting in Frederic, Wisconsin, through dense fog. About a mile from his farm, his headlights illuminated an object on the left side of the road. It was a dark, capsule- or bell-shaped object 8-10 feet tall with a transparent, lighted upper section resembling a dome or shell. Inside, Bosak clearly saw the upper body of a humanoid figure with a furry head, prominent ears or horns, and arms raised above its head. The being appeared to be looking directly at him. Frightened, Bosak accelerated away. The next day he reported the incident, which was investigated and published by the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization (APRO). No conventional explanation was found for the detailed sighting by a longtime respected local farmer.

Stations, trains, and planets do not set down in a field or leave a body. This file is a ground report. The known sky still has to be named. It does not answer the claim.
