On the public record, and still open. A claim, paper, or film — not a finding that it was ours, and not a finding that it was not.

911 call and police bodycam footage document the family's report of 8–10 ft non-human entities in the backyard following a bright object falling from the sky; officers responded and investigated.

What was claimed

A family in northwest Las Vegas called 911 after a bright object fell from the sky and they observed two very tall (8–10 ft), non-human entities with large eyes and shiny skin in their backyard near heavy equipment. Multiple family members corroborated the account to responding officers. Police bodycam footage captured the initial sky sighting and the family's terrified statements. Officers search

What is on the record

This file is a working record — a report, not a verdict. Official paper, if any, is linked where we have it.

On the night of April 30, 2023, around 11:50 p.m., a bright meteor-like object was observed streaking across the Las Vegas sky and captured on police bodycam as officers spoke with people on a sidewalk. Approximately 40 minutes later, a young male family member (referred to in reports as Angel or similar) called 911 in panic, reporting that something had crashed or fallen in their backyard and that two large entities were present. He described them as 8–10 feet tall, with big shiny eyes, large mouths, and appearing "100% not human." One was reportedly beside construction equipment (a front loader/wheel loader) and another inside or near it. The caller and other family members, including the father, stated they were terrified and could hear deep breathing from one entity. Multiple family members independently confirmed the sighting to responding Las Vegas Metro Police officers. Officers arrived, interviewed the visibly shaken family, searched the backyard (with some footage redacted for privacy), and found no evidence of intruders or unusual activity. The case was closed after investigation. The family later maintained their account through a lawyer, warning against trespassers, and the incident received widespread media coverage due to the official police documentation and bodycam video.

Could this have been ours?

The known sky, that night.

The station, the trains, and the rest of the known sky were already there. Hold the claim next to them.

Always

Aircraft, balloons, meteors

Landing lights, flares, lanterns, reentries, fireballs. They are on the known sky. They do not close a file by themselves — they are what a serious look has to hold the claim against.

The known sky

None of the above land

Stations, trains, and planets do not set down in a field or leave a body. This file is a ground report. The known sky still has to be named. It does not answer the claim.
