Hobart Mills, CA – August 7, 2026. Cluster of twenty to thirty perfectly oval metallic spheres... no sound at all.
What was claimed
A couple in a fire lookout at 8,200 feet observed a cluster of 20-30 perfectly oval metallic spheres above the ridge over Stampede Reservoir. No sound was heard despite the elevation where aircraft are normally audible.

From inside the Sardine Peak Fire Lookout at 8,200 feet, a couple watched a cluster of twenty to thirty perfectly oval metallic spheres above the ridge line over Stampede Reservoir. From that elevation, aircraft, helicopters, fire tankers, and drones are all plainly audible; throughout the entire sighting there was no sound at all.

It moved erratically—shooting up, down, left, and right at high speed—and appeared to react to her observation, coming toward her before stopping.
