A spooky video from Pennsylvania shows the moment when a woman was stopped in her tracks by an eerie orb that appeared in the night sky and seemed to be watching her... The object hovered for a long period of time and then went up very fast, then downwards very fast, it then shot to the left and then went to the right extremely fast and out of sight.

What was claimed

A woman walking her neighbor's dog observed a bright orb that hovered, then performed rapid up, down, left, and right movements at high speed before disappearing. She captured video of the event.

The witness was walking her neighbor's dog, Charlie, in Blakely, Pennsylvania, on a routine evening stroll when she noticed a bright ball of light that at first appeared stationary in the night sky. The object hovered for a long period, then suddenly went up very fast, then downwards very fast. It then shot to the left and went to the right extremely fast before going out of sight. The witness described it as almost menacing, as if it was watching her. She was able to record video footage of the orb, which was shared with the National UFO Reporting Center and featured on Coast to Coast AM. No beings or occupants were reported.
