File a report

Anonymous and public. Attach a photograph or scan and the desk reads it. If it is not about UFOs, UAP, or alleged entities, it is not filed. Do not include names, addresses, phone numbers, or anything that identifies a private person.

Write what was met or seen at close range — figures, occupants, alleged beings. The desk files the claim. It does not decide they were alien.
