Building on the 1994 report, this volume provides additional documentation, photographs, and interviews. It explains that witness descriptions of small humanoid figures with large heads matched the appearance of 1950s test dummies, which were often recovered by military personnel in the New Mexico desert. The report concludes there is no evidence of extraterrestrial craft, occupants, or biologics recovered in 1947, and that the Roswell Incident was entirely terrestrial in origin.
