The release includes PDFs of film analysis from the 1950s, FBI investigative records of orb sightings (including agent observations), recent 2025–2026 sensor data, and artistic renderings of reported objects. Documents review historical and contemporary cases without endorsing extraterrestrial explanations; several reference prior official conclusions that UAP do not represent a national security threat or non-human technology.
