The paper presents a reprinted story from a Ukrainian newspaper claiming that after the dissolution of the KGB, materials including a 250-page file with photographs, drawings, and testimonies reached the CIA. According to the account, a surface-to-air missile struck a UFO, causing it to crash. Five humanoids exited the craft and, after merging, produced a luminous explosion that transformed most of the soldiers into stone-like poles. The two survivors in the shade provided testimony. The KGB file allegedly concluded the event involved unknown energy that altered the soldiers' molecular structure to resemble limestone.
