Witnesses included journalists and former officials who spoke about alleged programs, imminence reporting, and public records. Members asked about crash retrieval and non-human intelligence. No recovered being was presented in the room.

Closed session, again, sat behind the cameras. This catalogue files the open transcript: claims, denials, and the fact of a second public hearing. Testimony is not a specimen.
